During the above-mentioned time frame, we will be carrying out urgent maintenance work on the access routers, and the connected ToR switches. During this work, network traffic will be interrupted, meaning that affected customer systems will not be accessible during this time. This also affects vSwitches for Dedicated Root Servers. Private Switches and Custom Solutions are excluded from the maintenance, unless explicitly stated. Cloud Servers are also not affected and can be used as a temporary replacement.

Please note that unfortunately it is not possible to postpone the date. We will keep the interruption as short as possible (max. 2 hours). After the maintenance work has been completed, your systems will be fully accessible again. You do not need to take any further action. We will inform you when the work is complete via this announcement.
